Beaded Shawlette by Judy Pascale

This is my second shawlette and I am very happy with it. I just love this yarn by Filatura Di Crosa - it has gold accents and is the perfect weight to use for this pattern. It takes less than 2 skeins. I am starting another one in the hot pink colorway with silver accents.
I will be teaching a class on the Beaded Shawlette at the Knitting Garden in Westlake, OH in October, should be fun!

My first lace project

What a trip! I definitely do not recommend choosing this for a first lace project. It was completed with lots of trial and error and perserverance. In real life it is not as pretty as the picture because I didn't use a fuzzy enough yarn but I will make it again in a mohair or mohair blend. (I just love shawls!)

My first Hanne Falkenberg

I choose the Studio kit and was very happy with the results. It knits up into a beautiful fabric after blocking. The yarn is a shetland wool knit on size 3.0 mm needles.
Taylor will be leavimg for college in the fall amd we will miss her!!
